Hello, this page has some images from a VectorWorks drawing that I'm working with. I've been having some trouble getting the fonts to behave, so I've asked some kind folks to take a look. I've posted the images here so they could see what I'm talking about.

Here's a shot of the legend in the editor. As you can see, the fonts are correct here.

Here's the same unit after I replaced the Legend with one of Sam Jones's legends.Something else occurred here. Notice that the unit number (8) is now duplicated twice.
