The Sixth annual Stage Lighting Super Saturday all day lighting workshop is being held in New York City, on Saturday, January 22, 2011

Meet theater professionals and network with like career people. It will be 10 hours of hard work, fun, and a great learning experience. The workshop is geared towards anyone interested in stage/theatrical type lighting including lighting designers, technicians, electricians, set designers, sound designers, architectural professionals, church lighting directors, teachers and students at all levels, etc.

Past keynote speakers have included Ken Billington, Beverly Emmons, and James L. Moody..  As usual, we expect to have over two dozen manufacturers participating with their newest equipment and technical experts. The faculty will consist of practicing professionals working in the theater lighting field. There will be about 10 intensive sessions. This class is designed primarily for active and would be theater lighting people who are still in their early careers.

LaGuardia High School for the Performing Arts (across from Lincoln Center) at 100 Amsterdam Avenue in New York City.
